Projects and milestones
Show agreed stages, owners, dates and progress. Decide which internal notes remain private and which updates appear to the client.
TAILORED BUSINESS SYSTEMS · EGYPT
When files arrive by email, feedback stays in chat and approvals are hard to trace, both your team and your client spend time reconstructing the conversation. A tailored client portal gives each project a clear place for its records and next steps.
Rukivo designs the client view around what you need to share: milestones, documents, status updates, feedback or approvals. The internal team view can support the work behind those updates, with production authentication and access rules scoped explicitly.
WHAT WE CAN SCOPE
Show agreed stages, owners, dates and progress. Decide which internal notes remain private and which updates appear to the client.
Organise deliverables and supporting documents by project. Define upload limits, file types, storage and retention before launch.
Record review requests, comments, decisions and the version approved. Agree what happens when a client requests changes.
Scope sign-in, invitations, roles and permitted records. Optional AI document summaries can assist reviews where your team approves the use case.
AN EXAMPLE TO DISCUSS
This illustrates a possible scope. Your rules, connections and acceptance checks are agreed separately. Demo companies and records are fictional.
BUILT TO SCOPE
Focused basic systems are EGP 10,000–18,000 to build. Connected systems with agreed integrations are EGP 18,000–40,000. Multiple systems and multiple integrations receive a custom quote. Every system also has a monthly running subscription of EGP 2,000–5,000 for the agreed domain, database, hosting and infrastructure. Optional SKU/barcode labels are EGP 3,000–5,000 once; one additional API connection is EGP 5,000–10,000 once; AI assistance is an additional EGP 3,000–10,000 per month. Final pricing, inclusions and usage limits depend on your needs and written scope.
Compare packages and add-onsThe demo is a browser-local example with fictional companies. Its client/studio toggle illustrates different screens; it is not production authentication. A live portal needs separately implemented and tested access controls.
That is a common production requirement we can scope. We agree record ownership, roles and permission checks, then test those cases before launch.
A supported API can connect agreed project, order or customer records. The connection and its permitted data are priced and documented within the scope.
