TAILORED BUSINESS SYSTEMS · EGYPT

Connect the tools your business already uses.

Copying an order from a store to a stock sheet and then into a courier dashboard creates repeated work and more places to check. An API integration can move agreed information between tools using a workflow your team understands.

Rukivo assesses Shopify, Bosta, Turuq and other services that expose a suitable API. We first check access, supported actions, account restrictions and the business event that should trigger a change. A provider logo describes a service we can assess; it does not imply a partnership.

WHAT WE CAN SCOPE

The details that make the system useful.

01

Shopify orders, products and stock

Agree the source of truth, product/SKU mapping, locations and order statuses. Decide whether an event imports an order, changes stock or waits for approval.

02

Bosta and Turuq workflows

Assess the shipment or fulfilment steps your account and the provider's API support. Map the required details and available status updates.

03

Other business APIs

Review accounting, CRM, payment, supplier or internal APIs against the task you need. A connection is scoped by its actual actions and data, not just the provider name.

04

Sync rules and exceptions

Define direction, timing, duplicate handling, error visibility and retries. Confirm credentials and account permissions through an agreed secure setup.

AN EXAMPLE TO DISCUSS

Follow a complete workflow.

This illustrates a possible scope. Your rules, connections and acceptance checks are agreed separately. Demo companies and records are fictional.

  1. An agreed Shopify order event reaches the integration.
  2. The system checks product mapping and applies the agreed workflow rules.
  3. An approved shipment action is sent to a supported provider and available updates return to the record.

BUILT TO SCOPE

A clear scope before a clear price.

Focused basic systems are EGP 10,000–18,000 to build. Connected systems with agreed integrations are EGP 18,000–40,000. Multiple systems and multiple integrations receive a custom quote. Every system also has a monthly running subscription of EGP 2,000–5,000 for the agreed domain, database, hosting and infrastructure. Optional SKU/barcode labels are EGP 3,000–5,000 once; one additional API connection is EGP 5,000–10,000 once; AI assistance is an additional EGP 3,000–10,000 per month. Final pricing, inclusions and usage limits depend on your needs and written scope.

Compare packages and add-ons

Before we build together.

Can you connect any API?

We can assess a documented, accessible API. Delivery depends on permissions, supported actions, rate limits, account plans and compatibility; we confirm feasibility before committing to a scope.

What does one integration cost?

One API integration is an indicative EGP 5,000–10,000 one-time add-on. Connected builds include only the connections agreed in their scope, so an included connection is not charged again. Provider fees are confirmed separately.

Are the demo integrations live?

No. Our inventory demo uses fictional Shopify events and simulated delivery updates so visitors can explore the workflow without connecting an account.
